Having received quotes from 4 to 5 different plumbers, all with differing ideas on how to resolve the issue, I had almost given up on finding a solution to my plumbing issue that would work for me. Joel communicated clearly and timely. He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. Arrived on time, fitted the sink and tap. Fitted stop valve. Made unexpected adjustments to ensure sink stayed (no extra charge). Asked to call him if anything is not 100% satisfactory after use. He offered 2 years guarantee on the job. He left the kitchen spotless exactly as it was before he came. I have now deleted previous contacts for plumbing because you can’t get better than Joel. He is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Joel
