When my boiler stopped working on Christmas eve i was riddled with fear as had my 3 children staying with me, i rung Dan @ heat2plumb and explained the situation, dan managed to calm me down and explained he can visit me that day, he was well prepared and presentable, very knowledgeable and managed to get my boiler going within the hour, value for money and very friendly

Dan came out at short notice to service a very leaky towel rail at a fair price and also gave me feedback on a couple of elements of my central heating system I was unsure about. Courteous and informed me of his imminent arrival.

Dan came to resolve issues with our underfloor heating problem. He was efficient and knowledgeable and shared with me what processes I need to follow to ensure the heating works properly in the future. I was very grateful for this background knowledge. All issues were resolved before he left.
