  Daniel gave a good price for the job, turned out to be more complicated, some pipe work needed to be re done, gave another quote whilst on job, reasonable price and able to carry out work immediately.

  I chose M and G Fencing and Gardening Servies to replace a garden fence after speaking to Mark on the phone; I found him to be helpful and straightforward and the quote was competitive. Mark liaised directly with my tenant to arrange dates and times which was really helpful, there was a delay due to appalling weather but I was kept informed and the job was quickly rescheduled. The new fence was perfectly matched to some existing fencing and quickly installed by a 4 man team. It looks fantastic and most plants were preserved. The garden was left clean and tidy.   Replace Velux windows with roof lights, prime and recover flat roof

  Velux windows in flat roof were leaking, Andrew came out quickly to give me a quote, he provided me with a couple of different priced options, both very good value with work guaranteed for 10 years. Andrew's son Scott competed the job, he was polite, personable and professional. I'm not an expert but the roof and new roof lights look pretty good only slight negative was the internal trim around the upstands could have been a bit neater. I would definitely recommend Andrew; his communication throughout was excellent, he was helpful and I felt I could trust him.
