  Must use Hawk Property Surveys for damp surveys

  I wanted an independent company that would carry out a full damp survey. I picked Hawk Property Surveys and I wasn’t disappointed! Over several hours my entire house was checked and each step was explained. A few days after, I received comprehensive report and it was well worth the money! I would highly recommend this company.

  Professional team and thorough impartial survey

  I was very impressed with the damp survey service. The surveyor was extremely thorough, professional, and clearly well prepared. They followed my specific requests closely and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. They were also very respectful and considerate toward the tenants during the inspection, which I really appreciated.
