  Damp Survey was done by Hawk Property Surveys. Brilliant service received. Very entensive inspection undertaken following a recommendation from a Level 2 Survey. Report was easy to understand and recommendations to the point. This survey allowed me to renegotiate the purchase price and received a £30,000 reduction. Very pleased. Will recommend to famiky and friends.

  I used these guys recently for a damp survey. They have been brilliant. A detailed and extensive report was delivered quickly, they were very good with communication and responses and have been very professional. Additionally, Mohbin made himself available for informal conversations to explain the findings and give support. Would happily recommend them.
