  Leak and Damp Survey

  A leak had been discovered in a tenanted flat I let and after an emergency repair i wanted to get a better understanding of the scale of the issue. Hawk Property Surveys were quick to respond and clear about what they were able to provide. They attended the property promptly and produced a detailed, thorough report with recommendations the next day. Mobhin even helped me phase the recommendations so they could be tackled as quickly as possible. His competence and clarity was much appreciated. I would use their services again and happily recommend them to anyone.

  5 stars – Professional, Thorough, and Friendly Service I recently used Hawk Property Surveys for a damp survey on a property I’m in the process of buying, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From the initial contact, they were responsive and professional, explaining exactly what the survey would cover and answering all my questions clearly.   Damp on party wall

  My experience with hawk for the first time was nothing less than amazing. I must say Mohbin did an excellent job explaining everything and he answered all of my questions and I felt extremely comfortable. He did such an amazing job and cannot thank him enough. Will deffo recommend to anyone who needs damp surveying done.

  AJ clearly knew his stuff and the service he provided and report he wrote was second to none. He went out of his way to get the work done to my tight deadline and at a very high standard. Although I hired him for a damp survey he went above and beyond to give me more general advice on the property. I have used him twice and would definitely use him again.

  I am very pleased with Hawk Property Surveys. The surveyor was knowledgable and experienced. The dampness issue was correctly diagnosed and the recommendations rectified the dampness issues in our home. Would highly recommend them.

  We instructed Hawk Property Surveys to carry out a damp survey of our property and we are really pleased with their service. Very professional with great customer service and detailed report. The dampness and mould issues were investigated and the solution did solve the dampness in our home. Would highly recommend their services.
