I was very impressed with the damp survey service. The surveyor was extremely thorough, professional, and clearly well prepared. They followed my specific requests closely and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. They were also very respectful and considerate toward the tenants during the inspection, which I really appreciated. The survey identified the underlying issues clearly, allowing us to navigate the remediation work with confidence rather than guessing at the causes. The final report was detailed, well structured, and comprehensive, making it a valuable tool.

Mohbin took his time completing our survey, talking us through his findings and graciously answering all of our questions including whether some work we were in the process of scheduling was necessary or not. Whilst there was a slight delay in receiving the bill and therefore the full report, we were pleased with the professional and friendly service. We are in the process of implementing the recommendations and are yet to see if they will alleviate our condensation and damp issues.
