Hawk Property Surveys were brilliant and professional. I was really impressed with the surveyors knowledge and he was very professional, courteous and on time. The investigation was very thorough and the report was detailed with a lot of photos and the recommendation was self explanatory. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Hawk have been fantastic, communication was superb. Damp survey was very detailed and helpful, it was clear a lot of work needed doing on the property. Unfortunately this helped me make the decision to pull out of purchasing. They put my mind at ease as I was starting to get stressed out. Will use again if I ever need a damp survey done in the future.

AJ and Mohbin were excellent. They both called me within a few minutes of me posting a job and arranged to come out the next day to conduct a damp survey. They were clear in communicating when they would get to me, talked me through any issues they found as they were conducting the survey as well as reassuring me the issue most likely wasn't going to be as bad as I had been led to believe from a general condition survey. The report they produced was thorough and clear, outlining issues and recommendations. Both very lovely. Highly recommend
