    Damp Survey was done by Hawk Property Surveys. Brilliant service received. Very entensive inspection undertaken following a recommendation from a Level 2 Survey. Report was easy to understand and recommendations to the point. This survey allowed me to renegotiate the purchase price and received a £30,000 reduction. Very pleased. Will recommend to famiky and friends.
