    They were knowledgeable and professional. More expensive than other damp surveys because they do it properly with thermal imaging so can assess the underlying causes with 100pc accuracy versus a survey that just relies on visual inspection. There reports are usable for disrepair claims.

    Must use Hawk Property Surveys for damp surveys

    I wanted an independent company that would carry out a full damp survey. I picked Hawk Property Surveys and I wasn’t disappointed! Over several hours my entire house was checked and each step was explained. A few days after, I received comprehensive report and it was well worth the money! I would highly recommend this company.
