    Professional, friendly and high quality work.

    Professional and accomodating of any requests and questions from start to finish. This is the second time I have had Adrian and Jack install a Harvey minimax water softener. Cannot fault the competitive quote and the calm and considerate way in which they worked. High quality of work done and they placed the water softener into an existing tight space under the sink. Many thanks for a good job done!

    I HAD TROUBLE WITH MY WATER SOFTNER ON CHRISTMAS DAY. I CALLED LOTS OF FIRMS THE ONLY ONE THAT I COULD SPEAK TO WAS HART WATER THEY ATTENDED VERY QUICKLEY AND DID A MARVALOUS JOB , I WOULD RECOMEND THEM FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE

    Very pleased with the Hart team installing a water softener and hard water filter at my home. The guys were very professional and respectful of my property when working inside, and considerate with regards to my requests to maximise space in the cupboard for storing items. I wanted to use as little space as possuble so the customer kept as much useable space.
I replaced the MC 250 with a Nuwave MD 260.
This Waterside has been leaking for a very long time. The customer has damp in the bathroom which is the other side of the wall.+652

Hello, and thank you for taking time out to look at my profile.

Thank you for looking at this page. Hart Water was started in March 2012 by my wife and I. I had previously worked for a water softener firm for over twelve years. We are completely independent unlike many other water softener companies. We sell four of the leading water softener brands which are Ecowater, Harvey's, Kinetico and Nuwave. I always explain the differences between all the softeners and recommend the right softener for your specific needs. We do not push you to one particular brand but let you decide for yourselves.

We were made an Ecowater premiere dealer in 2013 and are one of only six dealers for them in the country. We cover all of Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Hertford Cambridgeshire. When you contact Hart Water you will either speak to Jackie, Adrian or our son Jack, we do not employ anyone else so Adrian deals with you from start to finish. Adrian and Jack complete all of the installation work, delivers the salt and services and repairs water softeners.

We have a Facebook page with a lot more photos of our work so please have a look. Since we have been trading, we have built up an impressive number of customers and will be looking to carry on supporting customers both new and existing. We answer the phone seven days a week and are not nine till five. If you need us just give us a call.
