Great communication on first query and great easy explanation of the products. While working on installing my water softener, the work was carried out efficiently and cleanly,explaining everything as he went and explained how the softener worked after installation. We found Hart Water on-line and they responded within 24 hrs by giving as estimate for fitting a water softener to our house and promising to come and survey the job. The advice we received seemed sensible and balanced and without hard sell for any particular option. Thereafter we had a softener fitted very promptly within a few days. Adrian revised the plumbing under our utility room sink and fitted the softener in less than 4 hours very professionally and with no fuss. A good experience all round.

I found Hart Water via an internet search for local suppliers of twin tech softeners. Adrian was brilliant from start to finish, patiently providing objective advice to help me select the correct unit for my needs. He even advised against my initial choice of a more expensive one which, in his opinion, had no added benefit due to my plumbing system. Once decided, the service that followed was excellent. I loved the quick turnaround as they held all the units in stock. Jack did the fitting and took great care to make sure I was happy with the set up and my new Minimax M3. Perfect.

Brilliant from initial contact to installation of a water softener. Circumstances were challenging: stopcock hidden inside a tiled wall, no obvious place for the softener, and a doorway obstructing the path for a pipe to supply unsoftened drinking water. Adrian came up with brilliant solutions to all of those problems, didn't charge extra, and in the end - thanked me because he enjoyed the challenge. :) Can't recommend him highly enough.
