Adrian did an excellent job installing a water softener for my dad. Adjustments were made to pipe work which made a lot of improvement in the cupboard space. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

First class job done by Adrian and his team installing a new water softener system in our home, they were prompt, respectful and professional. It was never going to be a straightforward install which Adrian had explained during the quotation visit. This didn’t phase him at all when it came to the actual installation, taking it all in his stride. No dramas, no fuss, just got on with the job with an air of confidence that was well deserved. Hart Water Ltd was recommended by a previous water softener supplier in a different part of the country. From start to finish Adrian was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. After assessing our needs he gave us prices for four different options explaining the difference. Once we had made a decision, he was able to fit the softener within a week. The fitting was exactly as described, took 4 hours and so far has been problem free. Under a week from initial phone call to payment for a good job. What more could you ask for?
