  Boiler repair

  Outstanding Service! I first used Hartley’s Plumbing back in 2021, and I’ve stuck with them ever since. They’ve always been reliable, fixing everything quickly and efficiently whenever we’ve needed them. Most recently, they replaced a part on our boiler, and we had hot water again in no time. Great guys—professional, friendly, and always get the job done right. Highly recommend!

  Appalling lack of communication

  Needed an electric shower replaced. A basic job. They attended then we heard nothing. We phoned, e-mailed and contacted via internet. No response. Finally they got in touch after weeks and reinspected the shower. Then no further communication from them. Quite appalling service. If they don't want a job just say so. This has left our tenant with an inadequate shower for several weeks/months. I normally post positive reviews but this company is amongst the worst I have had the misfortune of dealing with.

  New bath waste pipe

  Needed a new waste pipe for bath as the old one was a bodge job and not fit for purpose and had water leaking through the ceiling into the living room. Lewis arrived within an hour of calling. Unfortunately didn’t have the right parts to do the job there and then but came back the next day and got it sorted. Very reliable from start to finish. 100% recommend.

  Arrived on time insisted on taking off work boots, diagnosed the problem and although there was problems on accessing the leaking pipe quickly worked out best way of doing it. Once the repair was completed they cleaned and vacuumed the area and removed all waste. Luke and his assistant were very polite and explained everything clearly. They were very good indeed
