Really pleased with the service from Hartleys - the team were great, worked efficiently, and left everything tidy. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

Had Harley's out for an emergency repair. The initial response time was excellent but the subsequent repair was extremely poor. Having had a different company out to service the system they found live wires incorrectly connected and incorrect parts had been used to complete the repair. Do not recommend using this company.

Staff incredibly friendly and really knowledgeable throughout, nothing to complain about!

Really happy with the work hartley’s carried out for us at short notice, new baby and no hot water isnt very good. Lewis came out over the weekend but unfortunately we needed a new boiler as ours was around 10 years old, Lewis and his team didn’t mess about he arranged to get the new boiler installed within no time and everything was carried out with very little disruption.

I can’t recommend Hartleys Plumbing and Heating Engineers Ltd highly enough. From start to finish, the whole team have been absolutely fantastic—professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s rare to come across a company where every member of the team is so committed to delivering a high standard of service, but Hartleys really stand out. Very poor experience. Trade visited for under 5 minutes, took no measurements, wrote nothing down, and never sent the promised quote. I chased several times and spoke to a lady in their office, who was polite and apologetic but eventually admitted she didn’t know why he wasn’t responding. The delay meant I missed the chance to compare quotes fairly and had to restart the process. If the job wasn’t right for them, they should have said so. A complete lack of professionalism and courtesy.
