The work itself was all fine, and the guys that did it were obviously knowledgeable. However, communication wasn’t great. The big problem is that we paid for an EICR, and 6 weeks later we still haven’t received the certificates for which I’ve paid. Multiple emails chasing this up have been ignored.

Good communication, efficient, helpful, and well priced. I will use again in the future.

Harris and Co Electrical did a brilliant job replacing the consumer unit in my cousin’s flat while he was away. Jack carried out the work to a high standard, tested everything thoroughly, and issued the certificate. He even cleaned up after himself. Great service all round – highly recommend!
