  Fault-finding and repairs to outdoor lighting

  Really good. Great communication, and really friendly. Had been told by another company that our outdoor lighting was broken and it would be easiest to install a whole new system. Decided to get a second opinion, and Sam was able to find and repair the fault in a couple of hours, saving us a lot of time and money.

  EICR and a couple of replacement light fittings/switches/sockets

  The work itself was all fine, and the guys that did it were obviously knowledgeable. However, communication wasn’t great. The big problem is that we paid for an EICR, and 6 weeks later we still haven’t received the certificates for which I’ve paid. Multiple emails chasing this up have been ignored.

  Really great - would recommend. Very responsive, turned up when they said they would. The work and pricing were clearly explained beforehand, and Darren was very friendly and professional, getting the job done quickly and thoroughly. Good advice given about any future works which might be beneficial, but without any pushy hard-sell.
