  Full ensuite renovation - period property

  We used Harris and Shepherd Plumbing for a full en-suite renovation last summer during the heatwave (!) and they were excellent from start to finish. Our thanks to Sam, Charlie and Adam! Communication was clear and helpful throughout. The team arrived promptly every day and were impeccably tidy and clean. As it’s a period property, some unexpected challenges arose but all were handled with great solutions and care. They offered expert advice while fully respecting our preferences. A brilliant job overall - we will 100% be using them again.

  Harris and Shepherd Plumbing are genuinely excellent. Sam and Jack are professional, straightforward to deal with, and make the whole process easy. Theo was brilliant — his work was tidy, he was flexible and efficient, and he offered great advice throughout. Overall, just a really good team who deliver a high standard of service. Highly recommended.

  Best plumbers in town 😀

  Harris & Shepherd have just completed the plumbing element of our recently completed house extension. The quality of their work, housekeeping and customer focus were all excellent. Both the owner (Sam) and their skilled tradesmen (Theo & Charlie) were a pleasure to deal with and they always went the extra mile even when we asked them to help us out at VERY short notice.   Efficient and friendly team

  As part of a big extension project this year Harris & Shepherd replumbed our existing house and installed a new plumbing and heating system in the new build as well as fitting two new bathrooms. They gave great advice from the start, worked extra hours to finish on time and the whole team were friendly and efficient. Their excellent pipe work has received many complementary observations. It was a pleasure to have had them on board.

  Sam, Jack, and the whole team at Harris & Shepherd are absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, their professionalism, punctuality, and friendly approach impressed. They’re clearly experts - knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable. They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked quickly but with care, and kept me updated throughout. They serviced my boiler with no fuss and are helping organise repairs. They even noticed my toilet was broken and fixed it on the spot! A truly lovely team who go above and beyond. I highly recommend Harris & Shepherd for their excellent service & care.

  Efficient and reasonably priced

  We’ve used Harris and Shepherd twice now, once to completely redo a bathroom and once to move a radiator to the other side of a room. They are efficient, reasonably priced and got the job done. I’d recommend them.
