We had a complete bathroom refurbishment by Harris & Shepherd. All work was carried out to an excellent standard and the project was well managed from start to finish. All trades turned up when expected and on time. George, the bathroom fitter did most of the work and was very skilful. Everything was left clean & tidy at the end of the day. The work was carried out to the agreed estimate and we would use them again and definitely recommend this company.

Sam, Theo and Charlie created a brand new bathroom for me in early 2025. The team were highly professional, competent and trustworthy. This extends to their network of electrician, plasterer and tiler. Overall, they were all excellent value for money and delivered a high quality end product and service. What’s more is that the team are highly responsive to any questions or advice that I had along the way. I highly recommend Sam and team!

We were having issues with some radiators not getting up to temperature. After a couple of failed visits from other professionals, Sam and the guys visited and spent the time to establish the root cause, making some relevant suggestions. Upon carrying out the works, we now have heating in all the rooms in the house and we're absolutely delighted. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We used Sam and team for all the plumbing for our kitchen refurbishment. The team also helped with other work including removing the old kitchen and taking up tiles which saved us from finding someone else to do this. From start to finish, the team was reliable, punctual, and maintained ongoing communication. Sam helped us when we realised the floor needed a lot of work after the tiles were lifted. The quality of work was high and they were very tidy, ensuring the workspace was left clean each day. Overall, we greatly appreciated the standard of work, professionalism and courteous approach.

Sam came to service our boiler. His communication was excellent and timely; he was very courteous, polite and professional and it cost us exactly what he quoted. We would definitely use him again for this and any other plumbing needs.
