Harris & Shepherd have just completed the plumbing element of our recently completed house extension. The quality of their work, housekeeping and customer focus were all excellent. Both the owner (Sam) and their skilled tradesmen (Theo & Charlie) were a pleasure to deal with and they always went the extra mile even when we asked them to help us out at VERY short notice. As part of a big extension project this year Harris & Shepherd replumbed our existing house and installed a new plumbing and heating system in the new build as well as fitting two new bathrooms. They gave great advice from the start, worked extra hours to finish on time and the whole team were friendly and efficient. Their excellent pipe work has received many complementary observations. It was a pleasure to have had them on board.

We’ve used Harris and Shepherd twice now, once to completely redo a bathroom and once to move a radiator to the other side of a room. They are efficient, reasonably priced and got the job done. I’d recommend them.

Great experience from start to finish from a very professional, courteous and reliable company. Their technical knowledge proved invaluable. We had a recent loft conversion completed with 2 new bathrooms installed and 2 other bathrooms in the house upgraded. Sam and Jack spent time to listen to our needs and inputted with ideas of their own. They ensured the work was carried out to the highest standard by themselves and their trusted team. We had a complete bathroom refurbishment by Harris & Shepherd. All work was carried out to an excellent standard and the project was well managed from start to finish. All trades turned up when expected and on time. George, the bathroom fitter did most of the work and was very skilful. Everything was left clean & tidy at the end of the day. The work was carried out to the agreed estimate and we would use them again and definitely recommend this company.
