Jay Harris called to check damp in my hall. Arrived exactly on time was very courteous. He checked everything asked lots of questions and the good news was my hall wasn’t damp. It was condensation. He told me what to do and would call back in two weeks time to check all was as it should be. He advised us on an excellent surveyor and even though the work we will need doing the company are not able to do I would have no hesitation in recommending Jay and Harris and Mulloy to anyone in future.
