Asked Jay to come and look at some mould and damp in our house. He arrived within an hour and checked the problem. He gave us some very sound advice of what we needed to do which is already starting to work.

Jay Harris called to check damp in my hall. Arrived exactly on time was very courteous. He checked everything asked lots of questions and the good news was my hall wasn’t damp. It was condensation. He told me what to do and would call back in two weeks time to check all was as it should be. I cannot fault his meticulousness in checking everything.

Work carried out to an excellent standard. Very clean and friendly service. This is the third time we have used Harris and Mulloy and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I found Jay from Harris and Mulloy through Checkatrade and he was so helpful. He advised us on an excellent surveyor and even though the work we will need doing the company are not able to do I would have no hesitation in recommending Jay and Harris and Mulloy to anyone in future. Thanks a million
