  Front door mechanism failed. Neil was very helpful and friendly, from the initial call through to completion of the job. Managed to get out quickly and kept me informed of time and costs estimates along the way. Didnt rush through the job and was very thorough at checking the job was done corretly. Would definitely recommend.

  Great locksmith

  Back door was jammed after the mechanism had failed, Neil unjammed the door and replaced the mechanism quickly and professionally.

  Lock mechanism replacement

  Neil was absolutely brilliant from job start to completion. He was the only locksmith we found that proposed replacing our mechanism with an equivalent from a more modern line from Winkhaus rather than an already-obsolete costly, poorly stocked replacement. He's really down to earth while also being a real professional. He didn't mind our questions to learn more about the mechanism in our door & had a wealth of knowledge for us. He was really thorough when checking measurements, ordering parts and in fitting. His communication was also fantastic and we would absolutely highly recommend him.

  friendly professional service from neil!

  neil was absolutely fantastic! very polite and fantastic communication, even made a video of works carries out. replaced lock on communal outdoor postbox for my tenants and even liased with them and myself as I live in a different country! price was lower than quotes given by others. neil will be carrying out another job for me in a month or two and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!
