  Fantastic Experience

  I phoned Neil about mu key that had broken in my front door and within an hour he was there and sorting it out for me. The communication from Neil was first class in connection with advice a and price. I would certainly use Neil again and he comes highly recommended so please don't hesitate it contacting him.   Upgraded and new locks for new house

  uPVC door lock fixed in no time

  Neil provided us with a professional and friendly service from the first phone call and went above and beyond on numerous occasions to ensure our problems were solved. We had a problem with our uPVC door’s locking system which was promptly identified and fixed in no time. Neil also identified an issue with one of our other doors just whilst passing through the property and also fixed this! Fantastic service from start to finish. Thank you Neil!

  Fixing a garage lock

  Neil came to fit a new garage door lock for me after I lost my key to the old one. I messaged him on thursday evening and by friday 2pm he was at my house sorting it. The whole experience was fantastic, he replied very quickly to the enquiry and he only took 20 minutes to replace the barrel. Thank you so much Neil for the pleasant and quick and easy experience. I would recommend NSH to anyone looking for a locksmith that’s extremely professional and very reasonably priced. If I could give 11 stars I would!

  Fixing a thumb turn lock which had fallen off and a garage door lock which had become tight.

  This was my first experience of using a locksmith which I am pleased to say was outstanding. From my initial phone call, Neil was friendly, open and professional. He spent time discussing my needs and kindly offered to answer any questions I had prior to securing an appointment. I contacted three companies but Neil stood out above them all. He visited my house the following day, worked diligently and managed to rectify the issues I was having. I would not hesitate in contacting him again and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking the services of a trustworthy and reliable locksmith.
