  Fixing a thumb turn lock which had fallen off and a garage door lock which had become tight.

  This was my first experience of using a locksmith which I am pleased to say was outstanding. From my initial phone call, Neil was friendly, open and professional. He spent time discussing my needs and kindly offered to answer any questions I had prior to securing an appointment. I contacted three companies but Neil stood out above them all. He visited my house the following day, worked diligently and managed to rectify the issues I was having. I would not hesitate in contacting him again and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking the services of a trustworthy and reliable locksmith.

  Replacement Door Mechanism

  I cannot recommend Neil highly enough, he is an absolute pleasure to deal with and clearly takes great pride in his work. Neil was quick to respond to our initial enquiry, his communication was excellent throughout and we greatly appreciated the fact that he was upfront about costs and took the time to explain things clearly. All in all, a lovely man offering an incredibly professional service - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

  Front door lock loose and not locking securely

  Very prompt response to my request for quote. Came to have a look and manage to fix whilst there, clear upfront about charges. very pleased would recommend.

  To change lock on front door.

  Motorhome Habitation Door key was sticking.

  Well, Neil said he likes a challenge! I needed help with the habitation door lock on our motorhome. The lock had been sticking for a while and it got to the point where we were using the inside lock not the key. I contacted Neil on the off chance he had looked at motorhomes before, turns out he hadn't, but I can't fault the effort Neil went to. He did his own research, came over exactly when he said he would, and was very careful with the more fragile bits of the door. Not only did he fix it, he improved it by reconnecting the central locking which we thought was completely broken. Amazing!
