Neil came to fix an external door on our garage that wasn’t locking. He managed to identify the problem, sourced a replacement part and fitted. He also went above and beyond sorting out some door alignment issues and adding some sealant to improve the internal aesthetics. Front door mechanism failed. Neil was very helpful and friendly, from the initial call through to completion of the job. Managed to get out quickly and kept me informed of time and costs estimates along the way. Didnt rush through the job and was very thorough at checking the job was done corretly. Back door was jammed after the mechanism had failed, Neil unjammed the door and replaced the mechanism quickly and professionally.
