  More great work!

  Jon overhauled my rental property to make it a home for my family a year and a half ago. In the last few months he has been back for numerous jobs such as fitting an outside tap, a repaint in my lounge and most importantly rectifying a very smelly downstairs cloakroom. To be very honest it smelt like a public toilet no matter how clean I kept it!! Not nice. He fitted a new toilet and found the problem. The issue was very poor pipe work causing the toilet to leak into the actual substrate. He also laid new flooring and tiled the sink. Another job done well and speedily.

  From disaster zone to cosy home

  I needed to move at very short notice with my 2 daughters. The property was completely trashed by the previous tenant! Jon worked with me by supplying all trades and materials so I could continue to work. He deep cleaned the house, better than I could have! Painted walls and woodwork throughout, fixed the bathroom up with new shower screen and repaired some plumbing issues. He supplied all trades and materials and got the job done in time for move in day!! Carpets , electrics, everything!! We're very happy in our new pad! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jon in the future.

  New utility room

  We wondered whether the space where our shed and old outside toilet were could be put to practical use. Other builders indicated it would be impractical. Jon is very good at coming up with suggestions and solutions and rather than tell us it was not possible was able to come up with viable option that was to a high standard in our budget. We now have valuable extra space with a new utility room. We also had a pipe dream that we could have a walk in shower and again Jon delivered and was able to fit a new shower in the space. Living in a small house the extra space has been transformational.

  Renovation complete

  House now all finished. Well pleased with end result, now have my house like I dreamed it would be I would recommend with no hesitation give Jon a call for any housework you are thinking about getting carried out, you will not be disappointed .

  Update on house renovation

  House completely gutted. All plastering , painting, skirting boards floor boards and internal doors completed upstairs. Now working on Installation of bathroom. Before moving to the downstairs. Work carried out so far you cannot fault. Such a pleasure having a great team of hardworking friendly polite workers in.   House Renovation

  From first point of contact up to now I’ve been really happy with how the work is going. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy with an honesty that is very rare these days. You will not go wrong if you opt for harlequin. Jon and his team are very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble, even when you change your mind on how you want something. This review has been done during the renovation and I will post an after review which I have no doubt will sing the whole team’s praises.
