Great company to deal with.

A bit of a glitch to start with as they didn't turn up on the appointed date, but appropriate apology followed, and punctuality was exemplary second time round, and a substantial discount was given to compensate for the original inconvenience. Our satellite dish wasn't working because screws had come adrift. The engineer fixed it and then checked that everything was working. Very pleased. Highly recommended.
