We are family run appliances repair business. We have more than 11 years of

experience in the appliance’s repairs, installation and sales. Our company is

based in Sutton, but we do cover a wide area thanks to our network of fellow

Here at Happy Appliances we specialize in 3 main categories - appliances repairs,

appliances installations and appliances sales.

Appliances repairs

Our small team is trained by some of the leading manufacturers and all our

engineers have completed various courses to provide best possible service. We

constantly invest in training, and we follow manufacturer guidelines when

repairs are undertaken. By following manufacturer repair manuals and guides we

ensure that repairs will be completed to highest standard, and this will give

extra piece of mind to customers and to us as well. Some may find this as a bit

too much but for us this has proved as the best method. We only supply our

customers with genuine spare parts. Using genuine spare parts means that customers

appliance will always stay genuine as from the factory. Some may say genuine

parts cost more but taking in to account the long life span we believe it is cheaper

to go with genuine. Following this path, we are confident in the repairs that

we undertake, and this is the reason why we give up to 18 months warranty to

the repairs that we undertake. Warranty length depends on type of the repair

Appliances Sales

We do our best to repair the appliances that are booked with us. However, there is

occasions where appliances cannot be repaired due to certain factors like parts

being discontinued.

This is why we also sell appliances. We sell new and ex display appliances.

What is an ex-display appliance? Ex display appliances are being on display in major

kitchen or retail shops. They are still unused but may show small cosmetic

imperfections or simply being just out of packaging. Ex display appliances are

a good choice for saving money on new appliance but keeping the genuine

manufacturer warranty. We stock major brands like Beko, Bosch, Samsung,

Siemens, Neff, Miele and more. Now we are working on new web shop where we can

present all our stock.

Appliances Installations

Appliances installations is another service that we offer. We install all type of

appliances - cooker hoods, range cookers, microwaves, wine coolers and wine caves,

fridge freezers including American Style, integrated appliances like washing

machines and fridge freezers.

We do installations professionally with accordance to manufacturer guidelines and

taking all the care to protect your home and your appliance.

If you need appliance installation and you are stuck, please give us a call and we

will help.

We want to be fair and transparent with our customers because we believe this is

the way to gain new customers and new customers to become regular. We charge one off fee + parts if needed. The fee depends on appliance type and brand.
