They showed that it was discontinued and gave me three suitable replacement options all at different prices allowing for my budget. Kept in touch when ordering and then replacing the dishwasher. The technician arrived promptly (several hours before the end of the allotted window), worked quickly and professionally, and took the time to explain the issue / associated fix / prevention of the same issue in future. Mladen was exceptional, I had a cooker hood installed. When I contacted him, he gave me a lot of recommendations and advise on what type of cooker hood and brand to consider with my budget. The whole process was explained to me clearly before work was started as the installation was not a straightforward one where we needed to drill a big hole through the wall to the outside of the house and there were pipes around the area. The work was conducted professionally and completed ahead of schedule. The most impressive thing was that the surface was cleaner that before work started.
