Once again a great service from Happy Appliances, identifying & fixing the problem.

From start to finish, Happy Appliances were incredibly easy to deal with, professional and reasonably priced. Will use again for any future appliance issues.

Oven stopped working. They sent an engineer to have a look on the same day and found the issue immediately and for free under the 1 year warranty.

Mladen was exceptional, I had a cooker hood installed. When I contacted him, he gave me a lot of recommendations and advise on what type of cooker hood and brand to consider with my budget. The whole process was explained to me clearly before work was started as the installation was not a straightforward one where we needed to drill a big hole through the wall to the outside of the house and there were pipes around the area. The work was conducted professionally and completed ahead of schedule. The most impressive thing was that the surface was cleaner that before work started.

The fridge door wasn't closing properly and upon inspection, they determined that it hasn't had the correct fittings to secure it in place, therefore, the door wouldn't seal properly as the it was move slightly. News parts were preferred and fitted, happy with the service.

Din may have arrived later than expected but it was worth the wait. He dissembeled the lighting fixture inside the fridge half of the appliance, checked and cleaned the PCB as well as removing the accumulated dust at the back of the fridge freezer. Left everything neat and tidy including a happy customer with a working fridge freezer.
