  Function over finesse

  I had a simple brief: two radiators, some replacement thermostats. A previous trade had let me down, and I just needed some heat. I gave the other 1 and 2-star reviews the benefit of the doubt, as he was polite and asked some good questions. The job was complete, but it took me 2 hours to clean up. He forgot the thermostats, and the amount of damage (not communicated at the time, only during cleaning) was beyond reasonable. When I challenged him all I got were excuses. If you had owned your work, cleaned up and said sorry I wouldn't have needed to write this. A real shame.

Due to the very confined nature of the working area, some disruption was unfortunately unavoidable. This was communicated at the time, and care was taken to minimise mess and water spillage as much as reasonably possible under the circumstances. Any minor debris or water residue was incidental to the work being undertaken.

  This was the second time Hussain had done some work at our home. He did a lovely job. He was also quick to respond, and came as soon as he could. The entire experience was lovely.

  Didn't come back to make good

  Very disappointing, not cheap, came to fix toilet, next day still leaking, refused to return to make good. Avoid.
