Came at short notice to fix a leak. We thought it was coming from a certain pipe under the floor of the bathroom but after investigation he found that the taps and wast pipe on the bath were the culprit so he replaced both and the leak is stopped We appreciate that he couldn't give us a price without knowing the problem but we thought £550 was a bit high. Also he said he would send us a receipt but we have had nothing as yet.
