I had a simple brief: two radiators, some replacement thermostats. A previous trade had let me down, and I just needed some heat. I gave the other 1 and 2-star reviews the benefit of the doubt, as he was polite and asked some good questions. The job was complete, but it took me 2 hours to clean up. He forgot the thermostats, and the amount of damage (not communicated at the time, only during cleaning) was beyond reasonable. When I challenged him all I got were excuses. If you had owned your work, cleaned up and said sorry I wouldn't have needed to write this. A real shame.

Any minor debris or water residue was incidental to the work being undertaken.
