  Driveway tarmacked 7 weeks ago. Disappointed with after-sales service. Emailed the company twice with concerns about chipped window sill, footprint marks on tarmac and 2 cones/ad board left on driveway. First contact not acknowledged. Visited property on second contact with one hour’s notice. They left saying I had not answered the door and that my doorbell didn't work – I tested it - works perfectly well. Ad board and one cone removed, one left behind. They have still not been in touch with a date/time for a further visit - not what I expected from a Checkatrade recommended company.

  In our previous conversations with the customer we have said we will get this resolved. Daryl our company director came out personally to the customers address and they did not answer. We then have been closed for Christmas for 2.5 weeks and the customer emailed us over this Christmas break complaining that we still hadn’t been to visit. We have arranged for Daryl to go again 8.01.26 to see the customer and they have canceled! We are a fantastic highly recommend company and we find leaving this review wasn’t necessary

  Great price, amazing results

  Haneys Driveways replaced our old concrete drive with a new tarmac one, and it looks amazing. I could not fault the work at all and I’m beyond happy with it. Other companies wouldn’t quote or quoted nearly double, so I’m beyond glad we contacted Haneys. Once we got through the lengthy process of planning permission for the dropped kerb, work started almost immediately and was completed quickly and to an incredible standard. Will be recommending to anyone wanting similar work done. Everyone that has seen the drive agrees it’s great.

  New paths/driveway

  I had my drive and paths replaced by Haneys in August 2024. The old concrete which was over 20cm deep was removed and replaced with hardcover and tarmac with a sett border. The work was all done in 3 days and the team worked tirelessly from early morning until late afternoon. Over a year later the paths still look as good as the day that they were laid. The whole team at Haneys were pleasant, polite and efficient and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to have any external landscaping / paving work undertaken.

  Drive looks great. Only took 3 days, didn’t have to pay until we were happy with the work unlike other companies who wanted money up front. Brilliant communication. Really happy thanks guys!
