Driveway tarmacked 7 weeks ago. Disappointed with after-sales service. Emailed the company twice with concerns about chipped window sill, footprint marks on tarmac and 2 cones/ad board left on driveway. First contact not acknowledged. Visited property on second contact with one hourās notice. They left saying I had not answered the door and that my doorbell didn't work ā I tested it - works perfectly well. Ad board and one cone removed, one left behind. They have still not been in touch with a date/time for a further visit - not what I expected from a Checkatrade recommended company.

In our previous conversations with the customer we have said we will get this resolved. Daryl our company director came out personally to the customers address and they did not answer.
We then have been closed for Christmas for 2.5 weeks and the customer emailed us over this Christmas break complaining that we still hadnāt been to visit. We have arranged for Daryl to go again 8.01.26 to see the customer and they have canceled! We are a fantastic highly recommend company and we find leaving this review wasnāt necessary
