Rental property refurbishment

We had a run down BTL property that needed a brand new En-suite, new flooring throughout, painting of the whole flat, shaving of the doors, and major plumbing repairs. Barry gave us an transparent quote and was able to start work very quickly. He never missed a days work, and always was on site until late, trying to finish the work as quickly as possible. The property looked completely different, done to a high standard, and he has a fair price. He always picks up the phone, and will keep you updated from start to finish. Barry is great to work with and is highly recommended.

New sub floors and clic flooring laid in bathroom and utility room plus. Skirting boards and architrave fitted. Bespoke cupboard in bathroom and boxing in round pipework and scribed to give a professional finish. Radiator fitted

Loved the work that Barry completed for me. This was done to a very high standard and I will definately be getting him back to carry out more work that needs doing. No job was too big or small and he was very neat and tidy throughout the 3 days that he carried out the work. Very professional and polite and well worth the price charged. My house has been a building site for so long, it's just so nice to see this now being transformed in to a home. Just looking forward to the rest of the work to be done now.

Good job at removing old flooring. Left my flat clean when finished. Slight imperfections with the vinyl flooring fitted, but did the job for a very good price.
