  Rental property refurbishment

  We had a run down BTL property that needed a brand new En-suite, new flooring throughout, painting of the whole flat, shaving of the doors, and major plumbing repairs. Barry gave us an transparent quote and was able to start work very quickly. He never missed a days work, and always was on site until late, trying to finish the work as quickly as possible. The property looked completely different, done to a high standard, and he has a fair price. He always picks up the phone, and will keep you updated from start to finish. Barry is great to work with and is highly recommended.
