  Washing Machine Seal Replacement

  We needed a washing machine seal replacement. The work was carried out mid October. Our tumble dryer was stacked on top of our washing machine. When this was removed for the seal replacement it was leaking water but we were told not to worry. After the seal replacement, the tumble dryer stopped working and was causing our fuse box to trip. They came and looked and tried to blame this on our electrics. The men were incredibly rude talking over me. Now our washing machine isn’t working at all. Again, we’re told it’s electrics despite having them all replaced 18 months ago in a full renovation!

  I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from H&R repair. They sent a technician to fix my washing machine, but the issue remains unresolved. Despite being charged £100 for the visit, they claimed they needed to order parts and would follow up. It's been nearly a month, and I've heard nothing. To make matters worse, they're not answering phone calls. Very poor communication and service. I would not recommend this company to anyone."

  Helpful, Responsive and Good Communication

  Very helpful, communicative and very responsive. We had an issue with an oven control and although parts were no longer available from the manufacturer, they were able to effect a repair rather than scrapping the whole appliance. Would gladly deal with again for future jobs.

  very quick to react! Came same day as contact. fixed in 20 mins and had the right spare part for machine. reasonable price and stayed true original quote before seeing machine? very helpful and gave me advice on best W.M to buy in the future as mine is old
