  Replaced 15 years old electric hob with a new one.

  Respond prompt to request, asked questions and requested for images / measurement of old hob. Appropriate and reasonable quotation including instalation and removing old hob. Good communication from request to completion. Electrician was on time, professional, communicated, even walked up the stairs due to faulty lift and completed installation within a reasonable time.
