  Prompt, professional emergency plumbing service

  I had an emergency plumbing call-out early this morning at around 6:20am. He arrived on site within the hour, which was very reassuring. He quickly identified and replaced the pipe issue in the bathroom. He was professional, courteous, and worked efficiently throughout the visit. He wore protective blue boot covers while inside the property, which was appreciated. The invoice was sent within the hour, allowing me to pass it straight on to my insurance company. He also advised me on additional damage caused by the water leak and clearly explained everything.

  Bathroom toilet leaking.

  Denis was prompt in responding and turned up on time, finished the job and left things tidy. However, it is proving impossible to get an invoice out of him.

  On Time, willing to help out again without charges.

  Came about a month and a half ago to fix a toilet leak which was done well. Then 5 weeks later, there was a leak where the pipe was leaking caused by a rat gnawing at the pipe. Came around to check the issue and fix it again without any more charges. Thank you.

  Prompt reply. Denis was very pleasant and polite. Quickly assessed the problem and was able to fix it straight away. Gave a quote for the job beforehand without being asked. Checked toilet was fixed several times before leaving.

  Denis was brilliant he came & looked at the job he arrived on time & was very polite & broke down all the costs for me. He booked me in & done the job in a few hours was very clean & very professional. I would 100% using him again & would also recommend him to my family & friends
