I had an emergency plumbing call-out early this morning at around 6:20am. He arrived on site within the hour, which was very reassuring. He quickly identified and replaced the pipe issue in the bathroom. He was professional, courteous, and worked efficiently throughout the visit. He wore protective blue boot covers while inside the property, which was appreciated. The invoice was sent within the hour, allowing me to pass it straight on to my insurance company. He also advised me on additional damage caused by the water leak and clearly explained everything.

Denis was prompt in responding and turned up on time, finished the job and left things tidy. However, it is proving impossible to get an invoice out of him.

Denis responded quickly to my online request and arrived on time on the day arranged. He kept me up to date on what he was doing. Fixed the toilet and left everything neat and tidy.

Came about a month and a half ago to fix a toilet leak which was done well. Then 5 weeks later, there was a leak where the pipe was leaking caused by a rat gnawing at the pipe. Came around to check the issue and fix it again without any more charges. Thank you.
