Was recommended to seek a structural engineer report as the surveyor in my homebuyers survey found a few cracks on the walls of concern. So I found this company and glad I did! Strongly recommend if you need not only quality service, but a quick turnaround. They went out to the property the same day in the afternoon! Went above and beyond aswell as I am a first time buyer. Swift completion with a very detailed report surfacing several important issues.

From first contact they were very quick to reply. I reached out on Tuesday morning, had the survey done on Friday, had a call with the surveyor straight after and had the report in my inbox before 8am on Saturday. I am very grateful and understand the high ratings. Thank you!
