  Bay window roof and ridge tiles repair

  Stacey’s always the first person I call when I need help with property maintenance. When I noticed some bay roof tiles had slipped, and that the main roof ridge tiles were loose, he was quickly round to quote for the job. As usual the price was excellent, and the quality of the work superb. I always trust Stacey when he spots something that also needs attention, so when he mentioned the front roofing felt had perished we added that to the tasks also. Nothing beats the peace of mind knowing that everything is properly sorted. No doubt I’ll be calling him again when the next repair comes up!

  New front path and window ledge repairs

  This is the fourth time we've used Stacey and his team, which once again proved to be a great decision. Between himself, Mikhail, and Shaun they ripped-up the front path and concrete, laying a new base and tiling on top. They also added a front gate and renewed all the window ledges, which badly needed some restoration. We could not be happier with the result. The finish on the path is super, and finally the front yard drains properly when it rains. The window ledges look brand new and ready to last a long time yet. Between this and the other jobs, Stacey's given the whole house a new life.

  Replace failed glass unit in window

  Mark and John did a fantastic job replacing a glass unit that had failed in our bedroom window. Mark responded to my Checkatrade job on a Sunday, patiently helped me identify the type of unit I had, and provided a quote there and then. After that, they came for a survey within a few days, and returned to fit the new unit within a week, which took them just 20 minutes! Absolutely incredible service all round. Will definitely be using them again for future work.

  Garden makeover

  Stacey, Mikhail, and Dean did an incredible job giving our garden a new lease on life. Over the course of a week they ripped-out the old borders, turf, and patio, before rotavating and laying a new lawn and concrete base for slabs to be laid in the future. All materials had to be carried through the house but they were super careful at all times, and went the extra mile with finishing touches such as an outside socket and gravel drain. Could not be more thrilled, we've relied on Stacey and his team before, and certainly will be doing so again!

  Boiler service and leaking valve fix

  Aaron provided us with an excellent service, with a very thorough inspection schedule, and fixed a leaking valve in no time. Great communication from Colin also, he was always super responsive, got us scheduled quickly, and all for a very reasonable price.

  Radiator leak and floor repair

  Stacey had already renovated our house, but after a few months we realised a few more items that needed sorting. Namely a leaky radiator, hole in the wood floor, and some missing beading on the skirting. Rang him up, had a quote within a few hours, and job done within the week to the usual incredible standard. Once again incredibly impressed with the service and quality.

  House renovation and lean-to construction

  We cannot recommend Stacey and his team more highly. From the initial quote, £20k cheaper than the nearest other firm, to the professional and friendly communication throughout, and of course a truly impressive result at the end. They could not have provided a better service or quality of workmanship. As with any old house there were a few surprises along the way, in particular dodgy electrics. But with every hurdle Stacey went out of his way to resolve the issue and keep the project on track. If you are considering any form of house renovation, look no further! True peace of mind for sure.
