James and the rest from HWD were amazing from start to finish. As a newbie in the renovation world, they not only carried out their own works which they had quoted but also gave me pointers on what to do on certain things and also went above and beyond their scope of work. On finding signs of woodworm in our garage we contacted HWD and James came out promptly to confirm the infestation and propose treatment, this was done within two weeks.
