I phoned James last week and he was able to pop in and look at the wall on the way back from another job. Sent quote over that evening. I phoned next morning to proceed. Job done following week. James and Ash were brilliant. Cleaned up well after knocking plaster off wall and drilling LOADS of holes for the product. Thank you very much. Happy wife :-))

James and his colleague were prompt did a good job and everything in the time. They left the area clean and tidy.

From initial phone call, through first investigative visit, provision of quote, booking the treatment and actual treatment day, James was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He is very busy so sometimes it took some time for him to reply to any queries but this was perfectly acceptable to me. Only matter which remains outstanding is the work guarantee - I anticipate this within the next couple of weeks.

James and his team were excellent from quote to completion. Clear solutions to the issues that we had and very reliable in terms of communication and timekeeping. The quality of their work was excellent and they left the house very clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The gentleman arrived and went up into my loft and did a thorough check on my loft area. However since getting in touch with him I discovered I actually had a 30 year guarantee in force which I had buried in my paperwork! James took the trouble to check on this company that had provided the guarantee to ensure they were still in business and reputable and then confirmed that my woodworm was in fact inactive. He made no charge for his wasted trip which I very much appreciated and would thorough recommend housing this Company.

HWD were very professional going beyond what was agreed to solve the problem at no extra cost. They left the work area as clean as possible with the work being done, each day. I can highly recommend them.
