James and his colleagues provided an excellent service all round. James provided a thorough quote so I really understood the issue and what needed doing, communication was excellent throughout, he was able to start the work at the weekend so less disruption from me working from home in the week, it was left clean and tidy every night and work was completed on time and to a high standard. I couldn’t recommend enough. Also good value for money

James and the rest from HWD were amazing from start to finish. As a newbie in the renovation world, they not only carried out their own works which they had quoted but also gave me pointers on what to do on certain things and also went above and beyond their scope of work. I would 100% recommend HWD to anybody looking to have damp works or similar carried out. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Wow….before I even closed the app James phoned me to find out about the job and see how he could help. They arrived within a couple of days and completed the job. Absolutely brilliant…so courteous, clean and efficient. We were so so happy with them….would HIGHLY recommend.

On finding signs of woodworm in our garage we contacted HWD and James came out promptly to confirm the infestation and propose treatment, this was done within two weeks. James and his colleague were very professional and courteous throughout and I would readily recommend them to other people.
