Really pleased with the work. We had a small patch of damp by our front door. Called James for a quote, he attended the same day, was completely polite & professional. The quote was emailed to us on the same day, & he managed to fit us in to complete the work within the week. The work was to a good standard, he left our home tidy, causing minimum disruption. The Guarantee was issued within 48 hours of the work being complete. Really lovely to not have to chase up a trades man to deliver what they promise.

From phoning James, him assessing the woodworm problem,to the rooms being treated was all very smooth and professional. How nice to have a quick and friendly response to my problem. Thank you James and Jimmy.

I phoned James last week and he was able to pop in and look at the wall on the way back from another job. Sent quote over that evening. I phoned next morning to proceed. Job done following week. James and his colleague were prompt did a good job and everything in the time. They left the area clean and tidy.

From initial phone call, through first investigative visit, provision of quote, booking the treatment and actual treatment day, James was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He is very busy so sometimes it took some time for him to reply to any queries but this was perfectly acceptable to me. Only matter which remains outstanding is the work guarantee - I anticipate this within the next couple of weeks.
