I would definitely recommend using Ross for any lock issues. I messaged yesterday afternoon and new lock installed within 10 minutes today. Great service and no sales spill about this needs replacing or that's not right. After having issues with what we thought was the mechanism on our front door, we called Hames & Sons locksmiths out to help, Ross arrived within 2 hours and was really polite, friendly & explained everything as he went along - it turned out not as bad as we expected, Ross was honest and showed me the faulty parts that needed replacing and the bits that didnt.
