10 Repairing a broken lock a d replacing a faulty handle with a higher quality one

Absolutely amazing service from Hames & son. Was recommended them today and they came out same day within 2 hrs, repaired my lock and replaced a handle. Excellent quality of work, super polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend d. Ross was with us within 24 hours if requesting the job. Arrived on time, was really friendly and got the job done in no time. He also mentioned that the handle was close to breaking so he fixed that as well. He’s fitted a much better quality of lock which is easier to use as well. Brilliant job, efficient service can’t fault them at all. Would recommend and will use them again if I need any other work done. Communication was great, Ghislane was able to help me straight away and was very supportive on the phone. Very quick service, Ross was here within 30mins as promised. Very friendly and managed to get the door open. Would highly recommend and definitely use them again if I need to.
