We just that day moved in to our new home in Whitstable and needed new locks fitted to front door. Hames and Son were the perfect choice. All communication was through WhatsApp. Turned up bang on time and was extremely friendly. Would certainly recommend and use again if needed.

I messaged Ross and team out of hours they responded quickly and booked in for the following morning. Ross came out, opened up and replaced my upvc lock. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Very pleased and definitely recommend.

I rang this company today at 11.30 to sort out a jamming lock - the call was answered promptly by Ghislaine who arranged for Ross to come and sort it just 2 hours later. Very polite, efficient service and someone who obviously cared about providing a professional service - would definitely recommend.

Prompt call out to check our door, with parts ordered straight away. Returned once the parts arrived, earlier than expected and works were completed very quickly. Very nice staff and an amazing price for all of the works we needed done plus two call outs. Thank you, will definately use again 😊
