    Ross booked in to look at the door very quickly and when he saw the door he had fixed the lock beautifully and was done in 15 minutes. Exceptional work and will use again and highly recommend to everyone!

    Fixing door and changing locks

    Brilliant tradesperson, went over and above to figure out the issues with our doors and to solve them. Very clear with quoting and any issues that he had identified but couldn’t be solved.

    Faulty front door Lock not deadlocking

    Very impressed with the service. Ross was professional, reliable and friendly. Recognised the issue immediately and replaced the barrel. And realigned the door. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Lovely guy!

    Repairing a broken lock a d replacing a faulty handle with a higher quality one

    Absolutely amazing service from Hames & son. Was recommended them today and they came out same day within 2 hrs, repaired my lock and replaced a handle. Excellent quality of work, super polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend d. So no e to have found an excellent local lock smith that's trustworthy.

    Replace lock on porch door

    Ross was with us within 24 hours if requesting the job. Arrived on time, was really friendly and got the job done in no time. He also mentioned that the handle was close to breaking so he fixed that as well. He’s fitted a much better quality of lock which is easier to use as well. Brilliant job, efficient service can’t fault them at all. Would recommend and will use them again if I need any other work done. Thanks Ross
