Absolutely amazing service from Hames & son. Was recommended them today and they came out same day within 2 hrs, repaired my lock and replaced a handle. Ross was with us within 24 hours if requesting the job. Arrived on time, was really friendly and got the job done in no time. He also mentioned that the handle was close to breaking so he fixed that as well. He’s fitted a much better quality of lock which is easier to use as well. Brilliant job, efficient service can’t fault them at all. Would recommend and will use them again if I need any other work done. Thanks Ross
