  From the very beginning, Scott was brilliant. He was very communicative and helpful during the booking process and gave me a very positive feeling that we were in good hands. It proved to be correct. Scott was friendly, professional and cheerfully carried out the work to an extremely high standard, even though I presented him with quite a challenging situation!! It was a pleasure to meet him. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

  I had an issue with my water heater, and they responded promptly and resolved it efficiently. They also took the time to clearly explain what wasn’t working and how the system operates, since I wasn’t familiar with it. I really appreciated their professionalism, expertise, and willingness to answer my questions. Highly recommended!

  Really efficient service, helped uninstall a pendant light fitting and supply/install a replacement bulb holder at short notice before I moved house. The electrician was friendly and organised. Completed the job swiftly and tidily. Clear communication too. Would recommend.
