  Broken tap and replacement

  My tap unexpectedly broke in my bathroom. I contacted Chris via CheckaTrade and he responded quickly indicating he could come the same day to help. He was able to identify the issue and propose a solution from the photographs and was very friendly and professional in his communication. He turned up on time, worked efficiently and was so helpful in his advice. He completed the work to a very high standard and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again for any plumbing job !

  From the first communication with Ben, he was pleasant, professional and responsive. His quote was extremely competitive compared to others I had received.   I cannot praise Paul at Ruby Dog Ltd more highly. He is one of the most professional, polite, reliable and efficient tradesmen I have ever met. From the point of quoting onwards, he was communicative, thorough, reasonable in terms of pricing and helpful. He kept me regularly updated on the ordering of my windows, and carried out the work neatly, efficiently and to an incredibly high standard.
