10 A troublesome door lock had been getting progressively worse.

Kain arranged to come to us promptly - morning, the following day - and arrived early. The job was tricky, partly because it was an older door, but we were left with a much easier to use lock for both entry and exit. Made very little mess and cleaned thoroughly before leaving.
