Came quickly - within 1 1/2 hours and completed the job efficiently.

Rang to see if they could change my front door lock as the barrel was in poor condition and I was struggling to open and lock it. Couldn’t believe the response! Said he had just finished a job and could come straight round. Was at my door within 10 minutes and I had a new door lock 5 minutes later. No charge for the callout just the price of the lock and labour. Very happy and would highly recommend.
