  Not the cheapest quote but after meeting Kevin & Jack and reading reviews we chose to wait for their availability. Right decision! 2 chartered surveyors as clients, picky building inspector, no problem! Jack Ross Adam and John were knowledgeable polite tidy and efficient. In my 40+years in property I have come across very few building contracting firms as good. We are very pleased with our extension

  Two storey side extension

  As a chartered surveyor with 25 plus years in property management, dealing with contractors on a daily basis, it takes a lot for a contractor to impress me. Kevin and his team rose to the challenge and succeeded. Every member of the team showed consideration and respect to both us and our home. The project overran due to the number of extras we requested. We received advice on all items and they were added to the job with no push back whatsoever. Snagging and agreement of final account were undertaken as a partnership and to our satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending HBS

  Repair to flashing on conservatory damaged by storm Bert

  I contacted HBS (reference, next door) and Kevin got straight back to me. Work was done by Ross the following day for which I was really grateful. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend them.. from my experience and from the fabulous extension job they did next door.

  Fireplace renovation

  Jack and his team were lovely , he came and did my quote and the job on the same week . They were tidy , cleared up all the rubbish and made sure everything was done to a good standard . I would highly recommend the whole team

  Double story extension and single story kitchen/diner extension

  We had a bedroom extension and kitchen/diner knocked through and extended. The guys made life as easy as they could through the whole process, completing the bedroom first for a make shift kitchen, before beginning the work on the kitchen/diner extension. The guys are really hard working, very experienced, easy to communicate with, their work is very tidy and we couldn't be happier with the finished result.
