I can highly recommend Halesowen Building Services. I have had a single story rear extension, downstairs shower room and utility room added to the house and I am very pleased with it. Kev and the team have proved to be hard working, considerate and reliable. They are not fazed by inevitable problems which crop up along the way, and go the extra mile to make sure the clients needs are met. This was a big project for me and I have felt supported at all stages by Kev. I am delighted with the changes in my home and am very happy to recommend them.

Not the cheapest quote but after meeting Kevin & Jack and reading reviews we chose to wait for their availability. Right decision! 2 chartered surveyors as clients, picky building inspector, no problem! Jack Ross Adam and John were knowledgeable polite tidy and efficient. As a chartered surveyor with 25 plus years in property management, dealing with contractors on a daily basis, it takes a lot for a contractor to impress me. Kevin and his team rose to the challenge and succeeded. Every member of the team showed consideration and respect to both us and our home. The project overran due to the number of extras we requested. We received advice on all items and they were added to the job with no push back whatsoever. Snagging and agreement of final account were undertaken as a partnership and to our satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending HBS
