We asked for a quotation to replace two wooden doors with upvc doors. CWS windows contacted us promptly with a home visit and provided us with a written quotation, which we thought was very competitive. They kept us informed when the fitting would take place, kept to that date and the installation was carried out smoothly with no problems. Muhammad completed the work at my house, he went above and beyond what I had asked him to do. He fixed the issue with my window very easily and gave advice on how to manage it going forward. Then he fixed the front door that wasn’t closing easily. He was kind, courteous and friendly. I could see he knew what he was doing.
