GWS have recently installed two new bay windows and six other smaller windows and I couldn't be happier with how it went. From initial visit / quote and booking the work through to the two days of installation the team were extremely professional and delivered exactly what was agreed. The quality of the work is outstanding and the team were great when it comes to leaving the house nice and clean. The heat retention benefits of the new windows were very apparent in the days after installation and I look forward to seeing how they operate in the winter. Highly recommended

Really fantastic service - cannot be faulted. The door fitter arrived exactly on time and spent a little while testing the door locking mechanism. Decided that we did not want a new lock but just a new side strip that secures the lock. He did a great job and also checked door alignment which was the root cause of the problem. He fixed that problem and was meticulous in tidying up and cleaning. As a result of not needing a new lock I was presented with a substantial refund on my deposit which was unexpected and very welcome. A very professional and friendly company that I recommend to all

GWS provided an excellent service in providing the windows in a timely manner to fit around my building extension. The quality windows were cheaper than other local firms so I would fully recommend GWS to others.

Amazing quality at a great price. Installers were polite and did an amazing job. We had an issue with the door a several months later and they came back to take a look without charging. Would highly recommend to everyone.

We had an emergency as our back door was off its hinges and our house wasn't secure. They did the job on the same day for a reasonable price, and afterwards the doors work smoothly and quieter than they ever have.
