Very polite, helpful and competent Heating Engineer.

GWE were quick to respond with a very reasonable quote. The company's communication was quick and efficient. The plumber turned up with all the needed parts after I took photos to indicate what was required. He was friendly, polite and completed the job effectively within an hour. Charged the price as quoted. All in all, very happy with the service and would recommend.

Engineer turned up on time. Clear & comunicative. Respectful of my property. Serviced the gas boiler. Thankfully no problems with it despite it being over 25 years old - & I'm always very pleased that there is no hard sell re getting a new boiler that one might expect from other companies. I always use GWE for my heating, plumbing & boiler requirements. It is always easy to communicate with them & book appointments by email; they reply very promptly. Various payment options. And I appreciate being able to call into their office in Southbourne to pay in person. I thoroughly recommend them.

Fabulous start to finish .Steve quoted and explained different options, Callum and Andy fitted absolute credit to company the nicest contractors I have ever dealt with . Clean and tidy also kept me informed worked in really hot conditions in the eaves of the house and remained cheerfull . I took my time deciding on contractors and had several companies out , they were not the cheapest or the most expensive. Great company that really show they're professionalism. Very happy with my decision and highly recommend
