Matt was fantastic. I am a single mother so having reliable tradesmen that I can trust is so important. He was very communicative, turned up on time and was super efficient in identifying the leak. Not only that but because of his efficiency the costs were kept to a minimum. Didn't turn up the first time. Not in diary apparently. Second time - no show after about an hour. Job overran. Didn't let us know he'd be late. Third time - 90 minutes late - no show and no call. Unimpressed doesn't even cover it.Verified reviewerJob location: GU210 Servicing boiler and gas fire
