Matt was fantastic. I am a single mother so having reliable tradesmen that I can trust is so important. He was very communicative, turned up on time and was super efficient in identifying the leak. Not only that but because of his efficiency the costs were kept to a minimum. I would thoroughly recommend him and won't use anyone else now.

Didn't turn up the first time. Not in diary apparently. Second time - no show after about an hour. Job overran. Didn't let us know he'd be late. Third time - 90 minutes late - no show and no call. Unimpressed doesn't even cover it.

Amazing, contacted in the morning and was around by 11-30am. Problem diagnosed and resolved in two hours, including going to get materials. Couldn’t have been better.
