  Clogged toilet waste cleared very quickly

  I reached out to Graham directly via the Checkatrade App based on his fantastic reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Graham responded within the hour and came round the next day. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained what he’d do to fix it and worked really efficiently to get things back to normal. If you’re in Southampton - or nearby - just message him.   Outstanding

  I urgently needed someone to check a property with a serious blockage issue. Before Graham, another so‑called “specialist” spent nearly two hours trying—and failing—to fix the problem, then charged a staggering amount of money for doing nothing. I called Graham, and luckily he was already in the area. It was after 5pm, but he still agreed to stop by once he finished his current job. He arrived, used a camera to inspect the drain, and cleared the blockage within 15 minutes! He was honest, professional, and incredibly helpful. Truly top‑quality service, and I’m definitely keeping his number.

  Fantastic service

  What a fabulous service by Graham, who was professional, prompt, reliable and one of a kind person, altogether a super guy. Came immediately to a ongoing blocking toilet which has been a problem for quite a while at my daughters house in Southamption. Going above and beyond to resolve the matter, it's so reassuring to know as I live abroad that there is Graham there to help with any other drainage problems. Price was more than reasonable too.   Graham was very responsive, talked us through costing and the services he offered. Went through what the issue was at our property and sorted it within the hour. We would definitely use Graham again and would recommend him to friends and family.

  Graham cleared my drains and explained the cause of the blockage. He is very friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Graham. The price was also very reasonable for a Sunday evening.
