What a fabulous service by Graham, who was professional, prompt, reliable and one of a kind person, altogether a super guy. Came immediately to a ongoing blocking toilet which has been a problem for quite a while at my daughters house in Southamption. Going above and beyond to resolve the matter, it's so reassuring to know as I live abroad that there is Graham there to help with any other drainage problems. Price was more than reasonable too. Problem was a blocked rainwater soakaway. Graham found problem worse than expected - not just silt but tree roots in soakaway and feed to it. Worked hard to tackle and eventually clear. Customer kept informed of situation and options throughout. (His van an alladin's cave of tools and bits).
